Founder
Assem Kaliyeva is a risk management and finance professional with 15 years of experience spanning risk management, development finance, financial sector development, and public sector advisory across Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

Her experience includes work across financial regulation, development finance institutions, government entities, and international organizations, including the Astana Financial Services Authority, Asian Development Bank, UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Qazaqstan Investment Corporation, and the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan.

She holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals and the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification.
